Job Description

Achieve sales targets for building material products by targeting construction projects and retail channels, building customer relationships, and monitoring market trends.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities from initial prospecting to deal closure
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, strategic partners, and key stakeholders
• Prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals, including price quotations and product solutions
• Negotiate with prospective clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements
• Manage project timelines and coordinate between internal teams
• Collect and analyze sales data and generate periodic reports
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class C (motorcycle) driver's license
• Must own a personal vehicle/motorcycle
• Experience in project or retail sales within the building materials industry is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
• Ability to work effectively within a team
