Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to manage the company's bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bookkeeping records and financial statements
• Handle filing and data entry
• Execute company financial transactions and accurately record them
• Manage company documents and correspondence
• Ensure the timely preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
• Coordinate and oversee the payment and reporting of tax obligations (e.g., PPh 21, 23, 4(2), 25, etc.)
• Ensure all financial transaction processes comply with accounting and tax principles and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Accountant in an MEP & HVAC contracting company, or at least 2 years in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP)
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting
• Proficient in preparing financial reports
• Knowledgeable about Indonesian tax regulations
• Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate or similar)
• Accustomed to submitting reports on time and demonstrating responsibility
• Loyal, with a strong work ethic and high dedication
